- Privacy Policy How we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information — in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Ontario law.

Questions or Requests
For privacy questions, refund requests, or accessibility feedback, contact us directly. We aim to respond to privacy and accessibility inquiries within 30 days. Refunds for in-app cancellations are issued to Stripe immediately and typically post to your card within 5–10 business days; for refund questions on already-fulfilled orders, we aim to respond within 1–3 business days.
