Part-Time Barista

Mashric is hiring a part-time barista for our Bolton cafe. We're a coffee bar that doubles as a place people come to work, so the mood of a shift changes through the day: a calm morning of regulars on laptops, then a busier lunch rush. You're the person guests actually talk to, so how you treat people matters to us as much as how you make the coffee. We can teach the coffee. The warmth has to be yours.

What you'll be doing

• Making our full menu of espresso and milk drinks to recipe (full training provided)
• Taking orders and handling cash and card payments accurately
• Keeping the bar, machines, and seating area clean through the shift, not just at close
• Restocking beans, milk, syrups, and pastries, and flagging low stock before we run out
• Learning the regulars and their usual orders

What we're looking for

• You're dependable and punctual. On a small team, one late start throws off the whole morning.
• You keep a level head and stay friendly when there's a queue
• You're comfortable on your feet for most of a shift
• Cafe or food-service experience is welcome, but attitude counts for more
• Weekend and early-morning availability is a strong plus

The details

• Part-time, around 15-25 hours a week, weekdays and weekends
• On-site at our Bolton location (not remote)
• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada
